Black-naped Oriole
- Oriolus Chinensis
- This golden yellow bird is distinguishable by the black eye stripe that goes around the back of the neck.
- They are native to southern Asia and have migratory routes to southern India and the western Ghats.
- They feed on fruits and berries such as figs, insects, and even nestlings of other species.
- Black-naped orioles breed around Singapore, building nests from bark, twigs, and grass for their 2-3 offspring.
