Freshwater Angelfish

Pterophyllum Scalare
Freshwater angelfish are found in the Amazon region of South America.
Average adult size can be up to 6 inches in length.
Angelfish look like a disc on edge with long fins coming out of the top and bottom and have two "feelers" in front of the bottom fin.
They have longitudinal stripes, which provide camouflage from predators.
Freshwater angelfish feed on small fish and other small invertebrates.
