Prevost's Squirrel

Callosciurus Prevostii
Slightly smaller than the common gray squirrel of the USA, this species is black with white on the face and along the sides with auburn limbs.
The Prevost's squirrel is native to tropical Southeast Asia where it is fairly common to the trees of the lowland forests.
They are omnivorous, feeding on seeds and fruits, as well as small insects and other vegetation.
Once they are mature this normally solitary rodent can produce 3 litters of offspring each year.
